SMACIN GRACEFULL TEAM Protest greets alleged plan to appoint ex-SARS commander Kolo Yusuf as Kano CP The Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has alerted of alleged plan by the Nigeria Police Force to deploy Kolo Yusuf to Kano as the Commissioner.
